Coaching Services

At The PT Method by Sian, I offer a range of flexible coaching options to suit your needs and lifestyle. You can choose from one-on-one personal training sessions (30, 45, or 60 minutes) for focused, hands-on guidance in the gym. For added flexibility, I provide hybrid personal training, combining in-person sessions with ongoing online support and programming through my coaching software. If you prefer to train completely from home or your own gym, my online personal training gives you structured programs, weekly check-ins, and Zoom consultations. I also run a 6-week beginner Learn to Lift program, designed to build confidence, strength, and lasting habits for those new to weight training.
