Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be a member of Zap Fitness to train with you?
No. You don’t need a gym membership to train with me.
What if I have an injury or chronic condition?
That’s my specialty. With over 20 years of experience and a strong background in rehab, I tailor every session to your needs, limitations, and goals—safely and effectively.
Do you offer face-to-face or online training?
Both. I offer in-person personal training, fully online coaching, and a hybrid option that combines both for ultimate flexibility.
How often do I need to train?
That depends on your goals, finances and availability. I’ll work with you to create a realistic plan that fits into your lifestyle—whether that’s once a week or more frequently.
I’m a beginner and feel nervous—can I still start?
Absolutely. Many of my clients are new to training or returning after a break. I create a supportive, non-intimidating environment and tailor your program to your level.
What equipment do I need for online training?
Not much! A few basics like dumbbells or resistance bands can go a long way. I’ll guide you through everything and adjust the program to match what you have at home.
How much does it cost?
1:1 Personal Training: From $66 per session • Hybrid Training: From $85/week • Online Coaching: From $65/week I’ll walk you through the best option for your goals and budget.
