My Hybrid Personal Training offers the best of both worlds: in-person coaching and ongoing online support through my training app, HubFit. This option is perfect if you want the structure of personalised programming with the freedom to train on your own schedule, plus the reassurance of real-time support when you need it. What’s included: - 45 minute initial consultation and movement screening (face to face or Zoom) - 1 x 30 minute weekly face to face training session - Weekly check-ins and messaging support via HubFit - Tailored training programs updated every 6-8 weeks - Habit and nutrition guidance - Goal tracking and progress review $85 (inc GST) per week.
