At The PT Method by Sian, you can choose from one-on-one personal training, hybrid coaching (a mix of in-person and online), or online-only coaching for full support wherever you are. I also offer a 6-week Learn to Lift program to help beginners gain strength and confidence. Every option includes personalised programming and ongoing support to keep you on track.
